Restore Patches are compounded topical hydrogel patches containing Diclofenac 167 mg per patch and contains 30 patches. They are prepared for patients with a valid prescription following an assessment by a licensed prescriber.

Use as prescribed

• Use only according to the directions on your prescription label.
• Apply only to intact skin unless your prescriber or pharmacist directs otherwise.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.
• Wash your hands after handling the patch unless your hands are the treatment area.
