Restore Sport Celecoxib 8% Cream and Diclofenac 167 mg Hydrogel Patches
The Restore Pain Relief Kit combines two compounded prescription topical formats in one individualized treatment plan:
• Restore Sport celecoxib 8% topical cream
• Restore Diclofenac 167 mg Hydrogel Patches
The kit allows your prescriber to recommend a cream for certain treatment areas and a hydrogel patch for others. The products may also be prescribed for use at different times based on your treatment plan.
Both preparations are compounded by Restore Pharmaceuticals in Mississauga, Ontario following assessment by a licensed prescriber and verification by a pharmacist.
WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Restore Sport
A 100 g compounded topical cream containing celecoxib 8%, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. The cream is massaged into the prescribed treatment area according to the directions on your prescription label.
Restore Patches
Compounded 2 × 3-inch hydrogel patches containing 167 mg of diclofenac. Each patch is applied directly to the prescribed treatment area and may be worn for up to 12 hours when directed.

WHY COMBINE A CREAM AND PATCH?
Different treatment areas and routines may benefit from different topical formats.
Restore Sport can be massaged into contoured or moving areas. Restore Patches provide a contained format that remains over the selected treatment area for a prescribed period.
Your healthcare provider determines which product to use, where to apply it and whether the cream and patches can be used on the same day.
Both celecoxib and diclofenac are NSAIDs. Use the two products together only according to the treatment plan provided by your prescriber and pharmacist.
HOW TO APPLY RESTORE SPORT

Wash and completely dry the prescribed treatment area.

Apply a thin layer, one pump or the amount specified on your prescription label.

Gently massage the cream into the skin until completely absorbed.

Wash your hands after application unless your hands are the treatment area.

Allow the cream to absorb before covering the area with clothing.
HOW TO APPLY A RESTORE PATCH

Clean and completely dry the application area. Remove any cream, oil or lotion.

Peel away the protective backing.

Press the adhesive side firmly against the prescribed treatment area.

Wear the patch for the period printed on your prescription label. Do not exceed 12 hours unless specifically directed.

Wash your hands after application.

Gently remove the patch, fold it with the adhesive sides together and dispose of it safely.
USING THE PRODUCTS TOGETHER
Follow the schedule provided by your prescriber and pharmacist.
Unless specifically directed otherwise:
• Do not apply Restore Sport underneath a Restore Patch.
• Do not use the cream and patch on the same area at the same time.
• Do not place a patch over skin that still contains cream, lotion or oil.
• Do not exceed the prescribed amount of either medication.
• Do not add another oral or topical NSAID without speaking to your healthcare provider.
• Do not substitute one product for the other without professional guidance.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
• Use both products only according to the directions on their prescription labels.
• Apply only to clean, dry and intact skin. Avoid broken skin, wounds, rashes, infected areas, eyes, mouth and other sensitive areas.
• Do not use heat or a tight covering over either treatment area.
• Tell your prescriber or pharmacist about all medications, allergies and medical conditions, including pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Stop using the affected product and contact your healthcare provider if you experience a rash, significant irritation or another unexpected reaction. Seek immediate medical care for symptoms of a serious allergic reaction.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Store both products at room temperature away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture. Do not freeze the cream.
Keep unused patches sealed in their original packaging. Keep both products out of the reach of children and pets.
Use each medication before the beyond-use date printed on its prescription label. Fold used patches with the adhesive sides together before disposal.
